Position Summary... What you'll do... Business Partnerships: Consults with senior leadership/ business partners (e.g., Sr. Directors/Directors) to understand overall goals/functional objectives, decipher key business challenges, identify tactics to anticipate and mitigate business challenges/issues, and develop success criteria. Focuses efforts on high-impact items and contributes to strategic planning by providing insights and actionable recommendations based on research and analysis. People Development: Builds and leads a team to achieve objectives, coaches team members, conducts performance reviews, and fosters motivation and engagement. Mentors less experienced staff and promotes a culture of growth. Project Scope: Manages complex projects end-to-end, including risk management. Model Development: Develops data models for complex projects, collaborates on implementation. Proof of Concept and Prototype: Oversees development and testing of prototypes and algorithms, evaluates new techniques, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Data Collection and Analysis: Leads advanced analytics to support data-driven decisions, makes strategic recommendations, and collaborates across analytics functions. Collaboration: Works with various teams and external partners to develop solutions, drives business plans, and manages resources and performance standards. Provides supervision and development opportunities for team members. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or 6 years' experience in the field. Preferred Qualifications: Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis; knowledge of statistical programming languages (e.g., SAS, R); Master's degrees in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics.
