USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

HOW WORK FLOW COORDINATOR WIL L MAKE AN IMPACT

• Coordinates work of field services and desktop support teams.
• Schedules appointments with USSTRATCOM's users.
• Escalates issues to Desktop Computing/End User Services Manager as appropriate.
• Monitors the performance of tasks and oversees activities related to user support requests through all channels ensuring timely acknowledgement and closure.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Security Clearance Level: Must be willing to Obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Required Certification: Security+ or GSEC or GFACT
• Required Certification: Ability to Obtain ITIL 4 Foundation – ITSM Certification within the first 9 months
• Location: Offutt AFB, NE

The likely salary range for this position is $82,283 - $111,323. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
