We’re seeking an energetic  Outside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll meet with homeowners, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions for roofing, siding, window, and door projects. If you're confident, persuasive, and passionate about helping people protect and improve their homes, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with homeowners to conduct onsite evaluations and consultations
• Present product options and educate customers on benefits and warranties
• Provide estimates and close sales with integrity and confidence
• Follow up on leads provided and generate your own referrals
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs

What You Bring:

• Prior sales experience (construction or home improvement a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
