What You'll Do As An IT Intern The IT Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the IT department, assisting with hardware and software installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to ongoing technology projects. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to gain real-world IT experience in a fast-paced business setting. This will be a paid summer internship. Key Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to internal users Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues Help with setting up and configuring new workstations and devices Support network maintenance and inventory tracking Participate in IT infrastructure projects (e.g., upgrades, migrations) Document processes and update user manuals or FAQs Ensure proper functioning of equipment in meeting rooms and common areas Maintain confidentiality and follow company IT policies and procedures Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting principles Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common IT tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, or similar) Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, or basic scripting Knowledge of cybersecurity principles or data privacy best practices What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in an enterprise IT environment Exposure to a variety of technologies and systems Opportunity to contribute to meaningful IT projects Mentorship and guidance from experienced IT professionals A strong foundation for a career in Information Technology We're an equal opportunity employer.
