As a Senior Product & Experience Designer, you will lead key design initiatives that enhance the functionality and usability of First Horizon Bank's digital banking platforms. You will focus on solving customer problems and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Leaders to define and execute design solutions that drive increased engagement and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for an experienced designer who is comfortable taking ownership of complex projects, mentoring junior designers, and advocating for UX best practices in a cross-functional environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design process from discovery to delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping to ensure designs align with user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, balancing user experience with business and technical requirements.
• Contribute to and enhance the design system, maintaining consistency while introducing new interaction patterns.
• Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring compliance with WCAG standards.

What You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design.
• Ability to lead user research and usability testing efforts.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
