Job Title: SAP SD Business Analyst

Client: Harman International

Location- REMOTE

Duration: 6 months

Primary Requisites:

• Lead the transformation program to move to SAP S4/HANA globally, consolidating into a single global system.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution module, with a focus on understanding business requirements, implementing solutions, and supporting end-to-end SD processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to the Sales and Distribution processes.
• Configure and customize SAP SD module to meet business needs, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and shipping.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams for implementation.
• Support integration of SD module with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, WM).
• Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and perform system testing and validation.
• Support end users with training, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Participate in project lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare detailed documentation including functional specs, user manuals, and process flows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Business Analyst or Consultant.
• Deep knowledge of SD processes: order-to-cash, pricing, invoicing, shipping, returns, credit/debit memos.
• Experience with IDocs, EDI, and interfaces.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional integration (FI, MM, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in both support and project-based environments (enhancements/upgrades/implementations).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with S/4HANA SD is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• SAP Certification in SD is a plus.
