OverviewDental Practice ManagerGreater Endodontics Murray, UT We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Dental Practice Manager to lead our team and manage the daily operations of our practice. In this role, you'll ensure smooth administrative workflows, provide support to our provider(s) and team members, and cultivate a positive and efficient environment for both patients and the team. Schedule: Full Time Monday - Friday ResponsibilitiesOversee daily administrative operations of the practiceSupervise and support front office and administrative team membersManage patient scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and collectionsMonitor office performance and implement strategies for efficiency and patient satisfactionDevelop team schedules and maintain proper staffing levelsHiring, onboarding and training new team members Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and communicationMaintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirementsOversee facility maintenance and ensure a safe, well-functioning environmentHandle patient concerns and resolve issues in a professional, timely mannerPlease note that additional responsibilities may be assigned QualificationsRequirements High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in managing a dental, medical or other healthcare related office2+ years of experience in supervising and leading a team Preferred SkillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience with dental practice management software Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applicationsThorough understanding of dental billing, insurance claims, and patient schedulingKnowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations We OfferCompetitive CompensationComprehensive Benefits Package for Full Time Employees: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much more!
