Rosauers Supermarkets is a leading grocery store committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products. With our strong presence in the Pacific Northwest, we are excited to announce the opening of a new store in Twisp, Washington. As we expand, we are seeking dedicated and motivated employees who are interested in joining our team.

At Rosauers Supermarkets, our store associates are the welcoming faces that greet customers and provide them with an enjoyable shopping experience. We are looking for friendly store associates to greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs.

We are hiring for these departments:

• Bakery Department
• Deli Department
• Floral Department
• Grocery Department
• Meat Department
• Natural Foods Department
• Produce Department
• And much more!

Objectives for this role

• Provide outstanding customer service, with special emphasis on each customer’s experience
• Be a team player, provide customer service and contribute to a positive work environment
• Ensure our store is freshly stocked and presentable, and ready to service customers’ needs

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience
• Interact with customers, answer questions, and help locate items in the store
• Operate cash registers, take payments, and issue receipts
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
• Stock shelves with product, update display cases and other customer-facing areas
• Ensure work areas are presentable and ready to service customers by cleaning up the store
• Assist customers in locating products and answering their questions
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Participate in training programs and continuously develop product knowledge
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by regulatory agencies
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve store goals
• Cooperate and team up with coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction
• There is the opportunity to work and/or help in any department based on the needs of the store
• Perform other tasks as assigned

• Candidates must be 18+ years or older
• Complete a pre-employment background check
• Ability to obtain a Food Worker Card as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility in working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
