Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter. The Senior Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for full desk sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified locum tenens CRNAs, Anesthesiologists, and CAAs. Daily tasks will include sourcing candidates, utilizing our internal CRM/ATS, managing relationships with candidates and clients, negotiating contracts, presenting candidates, assisting with onboarding/credentialing, ensuring prompt response times, and fostering trust and partnership with both providers and clients. Qualifications Experience in anesthesia locum tenens, healthcare staffing, and recruitment Proficiency and expertise in using technology such as VMS, MSP, CRM, ATS, and Notion.
