Senior FP&A Analyst
About the RoleKey Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to support business planning
Provide insights into monthly performance, variance analysis, and key business trends
Partner with department leads to build annual budgets and rolling forecasts
Prepare management reporting packages and assist in executive presentations
Identify areas of financial risk and opportunity across the business
Assist with long-term strategic planning and ad hoc financial analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI) is a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
