Important Details:

  • This position will also handle cases in all counties we serve.
  • *Hybrid/Remote subject to an onsite requirement based on business needs such as consultations, client meetings, mediation and court requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years  RECENT experience in Family Law (Texas)
  • Active Texas Law License
  • Self-motivated, independent, and a proactive problem-solver
  • Skilled in drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and trial prep (familiarity with Westlaw Forms preferred)
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication abilities
  • Willing to lead by example and raise the bar for performance
  • Comfortable with hybrid/remote setup, with in-person commitments for client meetings, court, and mediations

*Hybrid/Remote Schedule: Work onsite 3 days per week and remotely 2 days per week.

Nice to Have:

  • Board Certification in Family Law
  • Proven experience building or growing a client base
  • Prior leadership or mentorship roles within a legal team

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of family law cases from intake to trial
  • Draft and review pleadings, attend court hearings, and conduct mediations
  • Consult with prospective clients and convert consultations into active representation
  • Maintain high client satisfaction while meeting performance goals
  • Help shape firm procedures and client service strategies as we expand
  • Duties as assigned.

Benefit Details:

  • 401k with match
  • Medical Insurance Employee Only but dependent coverage is available at employee's expense.
  • 10% bonus - paid in quarterly installments based on overall performance (outstanding outcomes/raving fan clients) and accounting for earned & collected billables.
  • Receive 10% of the revenue from clients you independently bring in, excluding any third-party fees.
  • Receive a small bonus for each consulting client you convert to a hire.
