Position:

Join our vibrant school community as a  School Aide ! This role serves as an integral part of our school community with growth opportunities . The floating assistant supports educators, students, and parents, and embodies the school's commitment to an organized and vibrant learning environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

Office Support

• Offer office support by making copies, filing, and handling administrative tasks.
• Monitor and record students’ lateness.
• Provide support to the office admin during student arrival.
• Manage student bussing during dismissal.

Student Support

• Cover for Teacher Assistants during their lunch breaks.
• Supervise Primary School students during lunch.
• Substitute for classrooms as necessary.
• Monitor students during various activities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $17-19/hour 36 hours per week
• Option to earn $200-$300 extra weekly in after-school

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive and can work independently.
• Ability to handle multitasking in a dynamic school environment.
• Tech-savviness and fluency in using modern office tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Greek-speaking a plus, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
