Description

The SAP Business Analyst I is responsible for supporting the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP systems. This entry-level position involves working closely with senior analysts, gathering requirements, and providing assistance in the development of solutions to enhance business processes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis and documentation of business processes and systems.
• Gather and document user requirements for enhancements and changes.
• Support the configuration and testing of SAP modules to meet business needs.
• Provide end-user support and training for SAP applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP implementations.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.SAP certification(s) is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic understanding of SAP modules and functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Work Environment:

• Sitting for prolonged periods.
• Ability to walk up to a mile at a time.
• Lift up to 20 lbs.
