Job Title: Sales and Finance Professional

Location: 9700 E Arapahoe Rd, Greenwood Village, CO 80112

Department: Sales & Finance

Reports To: General Manager

Position Summary:

As a Sales and Finance Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional consumer experience by building rapport, and guiding clients through every step of the vehicle sales and finance process. You will work collaboratively with customers located through the U.S. who already are in possession of the vehicle. You will be leveraging technology and Driver Sales’ fleet-lease and rental partners to sell their customer the current rental or leased vehicle. You will work to understand the customer’s needs and coordinate financing solutions and products in partnership with major auto lenders and our after-market product partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets to provide purchase options that best fit.
  • Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP insurance, service packages, and coverage for dents or windshields.
  • Lead and manage the sales finance process with every customer.
  • Align financing and protection product options with customer needs.
  • Manage customer interactions and follow-ups using the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Ensure timely handling and prioritization of all deals.
  • Accurately process cash deposits and ensure correct handling of all funds.
  • Submit and follow up on credit applications with financial institutions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer and financial data.
  • Handle packaging, scanning, and funding of all deals.
  • Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account and document all activities.
  • Track reserve payments and coordinate with lenders for any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and regularly audit the deposit log for accuracy.
  • Process and log all F&I contracts daily for remittance.
  • Manage high volumes of transactions while upholding a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Independently generate documents and process cash, finance, and lease deals.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales and/or finance preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership finance software.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, especially with confidential information.
  • Punctual with regular and reliable attendance.
  • Maintain industry compliance standards.
  • State issued Salesperson License.
  • AFIP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced, customer-facing automotive sales environment.
  • Requires weekend and evening availability.
