Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth
• Conduct free roof inspections through door knocking to identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Manage assigned territory sales, ensuring that all client needs are met effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Experience in business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
• Familiarity with territory sales strategies and techniques for both inside and outside sales roles
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
