We are seeking a reliable & experienced PROJECT MANAGER to join our team. The Project Manager will report to the Production Manager. The role involves assisting production in completing jobs timely and efficiently, with a focus on maintaining regular, consistent communication with customers. Responsibilities are subject to change based on company needs. RoofCrafters Roofing, LLC is a leading roofing company committed to high-quality services and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Ensure permits are obtained from municipalities (if applicable). Schedule and coordinate inspections with municipalities (if applicable). Review contracts thoroughly before approval, ensuring accuracy and appropriate action on status changes. Contact customers within 24 hours of contract receipt, preferably the same day. Review Crew Pay Agreements and invoices at job start and completion; upload into AL and notify relevant parties. Negotiate labor agreements with subcontractors, including adjustments for change orders. Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience through regular updates and communication. Schedule and oversee Field Supervisor activities, warranties, and callbacks. Organize route schedules with the field team for optimal service. Monitor all jobs daily and document actions clearly in CRM. Work with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing. Create material and work orders per job and schedule deliveries. Assist in resolving production issues alongside the FS, Production Manager, and Director of Production. Follow Job Assignment Procedures (P-001). This is a 100% in-office position. Ensure all jobs are properly documented from start to finish. Participate in Project Manager Recap meetings. Requirements: Experience in roofing is required. Ability or willingness to learn CRM software. Organized, detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic. Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication. Reliable attendance and self-management skills. Aligned with our R.O.O.F.S Values and Mission. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical activities such as standing, sitting, bending, and twisting with reasonable accommodations if needed. Benefits: Company uniforms.
