Required Qualifications: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or Residential security roles. BSIS Guard Card. BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit. Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218). Appropriate Use of Force. Powers to Arrest Certification. First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants. Valid CA Drivers license with a clean driving record. Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and defensive tactics. High level of physical fitness, mental resilience, and strong decision-making skills. Proficient in both communication and dictation. Proven conflict resolution experience with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence. Ensures precise, concise, and professional interactions in all written and verbal communication. Demonstrated skill in creating accurate reports documenting incidents, observations, and activities supporting client needs.
