We’re Hiring: Senior Real Estate Analyst | Newport Beach, CA (On-site) Are you a powerhouse in real estate underwriting with a passion for digging into the numbers and influencing strategy? A boutique investment firm with ~$800M AUM (and growing fast) is looking for a Senior Real Estate Analyst to join their Newport Beach HQ. What You’ll Do: Own the underwriting process for acquisitions, developments, and capital transactions Lead performance tracking across a portfolio of 40+ properties in 8 states Prepare investor reports, manage deal pipelines, and present to executive leadership Conduct market research using tools like Yardi, CoStar, and Radius+ Step into a leadership track, managing one analyst and reporting directly to the President What They’re Looking For: ~5+ years of real estate underwriting (ideally self-storage, multifamily, or similar) ~ Advanced Excel modeling (DCF, IRR, equity multiple, etc.) ~ Hands-on experience with asset management, valuations, investor reporting, and CAPEX budgeting ~ Strong communication skills and business acumen Comp: ~$90K–$125K base + 10% bonus ~ Full benefits, amazing culture, and huge growth runway Location: Fully on-site in Newport Beach, CA This is a high-visibility, high-impact role within a tight-knit team at a growing owner-operator-developer.
