Now Hiring: Entry-Level and Experienced Manufacturing Roles – Toano , VA

Position Types: Rackers, Sand Blasters, Machine Operators
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00/hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shifts available

Overview of Production and Manufacturing Associates

Looking to get your start in manufacturing or take the next step in your career? The Lee Group is hiring immediately for multiple hands-on roles at a leading facility in Toano, VA. Whether you're brand new to the field or bringing experience to the table, there’s a place for you on this growing team.

Training is provided, and advancement opportunities are available for reliable, motivated individuals ready to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Available Positions May Include:

• Machine Operator
• Sandblasting
• Racking for Metal Finishing Processes

Key Responsibilities of Production and Manufacturing Associates:

• Load and unload parts or shipments
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Operate sandblasting equipment for surface preparation
• Prep parts using hand or automated tools
• Record production data and notify supervisors of issues
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety standards
• Take on additional duties as needed in a team-driven setting

What You’ll Need to bring to the Production and Manufacturing Associate role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No prior manufacturing experience required—training provided!
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
• Dependability, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
• Ability and desire to be cross-trained in various departments

Working Conditions of Production and Manufacturing Associates:

• Exposure to manufacturing conditions including noise, heat, and machinery
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and tool use
