Part-Time Career Estate/House Manager | Brentwood, Los Angeles | $35-$40/hour DOE

The role is an indefinite temp assignment with an ASAP start.

Role: Part-Time Personal Assistant

Supporting: Confidential High-Net-Worth Couple, Two High-Profile Philanthropists

Location: Brentwood, CA

Pay Rate: $35-40 per hour, DOE

Hours: 9 AM – 4 PM PT

Days: 4 days/week, part-time (Preferred: Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri or Mon–Thurs) — flexibility available

Position Overview:

A high-net-worth couple in Brentwood is seeking a proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant/House Manager. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a private estate, as well as corporate responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of household management, including staff supervision, project coordination, and maintenance tasks.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and correspondence, ensuring all financial and administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and organize the principals' schedules, manage their correspondence, and ensure all insurances and maintenance records for home and vehicles are up-to-date.
  • Coordinate repairs and oversee housekeepers, ensuring the smooth operation of the estate.
  • Act as the primary gatekeeper, ensuring the principals’ privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Utilize MAC systems and QuickBooks for managing household finances and tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have experience with QUICKBOOKS
  • Proven experience in estate/house management or a similar role, with a strong background in both private and corporate environments.
  • Proficiency in MAC systems, MS Suite, QuickBooks, and other relevant software.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Must be polished, poised, and comfortable in high-paced environments requiring discretion.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work part-time (9 AM - 4 PM), four days a week (preferably Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday).
  • Candidates must be located near Brentwood, Los Angeles, and be able to commute easily to the principals’ residence.
  • This is a part-time, indefinite temp assignment—applicants who are currently employed will not be considered.
