Historically focused on traditional L&D, we are broadening our remit to connect Talent, Leadership, and Culture globally, with a strategic and commercial perspective to human capital growth and development. This role is central to that model, as we evolve as a Global People function and establish an OD team to develop our Lockton Associates. Operating as a strategic partner, you will consult with the business to develop and deliver impactful OD strategies that drive measurable results. The Role Reporting to the Global Head of Organizational Development, this role leads consulting efforts to diagnose solutions that optimize our greatest asset—our human capital—at every stage of their lifecycle. You will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of global OD initiatives, working with HRBPs, the Talent Development Network, and the Global OD team to grow and develop our associates. This includes acting as an in-house consultant on Talent, Leadership, and Culture, covering areas like Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Change Leadership, Talent Strategy, Career Management, Leadership Capability, and Learning & Development. You will deliver impactful, scalable, and relevant programs that support Lockton’s growth and cultural evolution. Building strong partnerships across the organization, you will lead strategic, collaborative, and solution-oriented conversations with stakeholders at all levels. As a positive role model, you will motivate and lead the Global OD team and the broader People function, unlocking organizational potential and fostering leadership without always being the most senior at the table.
