As a Field Loan Officer at Lennar Mortgage, your role will be centered on establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and homebuilding associates through face-to-face interactions. You will conduct on-site meetings, engaging directly with customers, homebuilding associates, and referral sources. Your primary responsibilities include assessing financial data, guiding customers on mortgage products, and seamlessly facilitating the loan process in adherence to the Lennar Mortgage roadmap. Your presence in the field ensures personalized and hands-on support for clients seeking financial solutions. Responsibilities include business development and customer relations through outside sales activities, generating leads, conducting First Time Homebuyer Seminars, traveling to builder and realtor functions, and engaging with communities to explain company offerings and attend closings. You will offer tailored mortgage recommendations, review and lock interest rates, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and company regulations. Daily lead management and communication with stakeholders is required. You will originate and prepare new loans, provide sales support, maintain reports and notes within the origination system, and strive to meet sales goals. Physical requirements include regular in-person attendance at job sites and offices, ability to work in confined spaces, operate vehicles, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, and occasionally operate construction equipment. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish skills, a high school diploma or equivalent (college preferred), minimum 3 years loan originating experience, valid driver's license, NMLS license or willingness to obtain, and proficiency with office and mortgage software.
