This position will be hybrid, requiring 3 days per week onsite in Palo Alto or Irvine, CA. Schedule: 9-6, Monday-Friday Role: Sr. UX Writer - In-vehicle experience Most Important Skills/Responsibilities: Bring Client digital experiences to life through smart, concise, on-brand copy and content, balancing brand expression with UX principles. Translate complex concepts into clear and approachable language that guides users through the experience. Focus on in-vehicle and app experiences, as well as web products such as online purchase flows. Explore multiple strategic directions, work in Figma, present work, and collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers. Role Summary: As a Sr. UX Writer focused on the in-vehicle experience and mobile app, you'll work closely with product designers and engineers to shape the Client user experience through content and copy. You'll have the opportunity to impact how users interact with their vehicles, designing new features and iterating on the existing in-vehicle experience. Responsibilities: Partner with design, product, and engineering teams, contributing from strategy to production. Balance brand voice with UX principles, guiding users through the Client experience strategically. Help shape the user experience and design experiences that are uniquely Client. Become an expert in our products, translating complex information into clear, approachable language. Work within and expand our copy system to create a consistent copy experience across the Client ecosystem. Contribute to other writerly projects, such as naming or positioning new features. Familiarity with research to develop verbal strategies. Appreciation for testing and iterating on work. Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities.
