Job Description

Clean Scapes is the largest commercial landscaping contractor based in Texas, with locations in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Forth Worth, and Houston. Our experts are committed to excellence, offering a variety of services from arbor to pre-construction and construction to maintenance and enhancements. Since our founding in 2005, the passion, reputation, and talent of our team has provided the opportunity to service some of the most prestigious and beautiful properties throughout Texas including the Oracle campus, Q2 Stadium, Omni PGA Frisco Resort, Hemisfair Park, and Waterloo Park.

Role Summary

As a Senior Project Manager at Clean Scapes, you will take a leading role in orchestrating landscape construction projects across Texas. This position demands a visionary leader capable of overseeing multiple projects and teams, driving them towards not just meeting, but exceeding our high standards and client expectations. You will manage all facets of project execution, ensuring efficient coordination of resources, adherence to budgets, and achievement of profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Project Oversight: Direct and manage multiple landscape construction projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution that meets all operational, budgetary, and client satisfaction criteria.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for clients and architectural partners, managing expectations and fostering robust relationships to secure client trust and business continuity.
  • Advanced Team Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and enhance the performance of Project Managers and their respective teams, ensuring professional growth and operational efficiency.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication across all levels of the project teams and with clients, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Develop, monitor, and adjust project budgets, optimizing resources and implementing cost-control measures to ensure financial health and profitability of projects.
  • Quality and Safety Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety, conducting regular site inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with all regulations and client specifications.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Oversee the documentation process, including the maintenance of accurate and detailed project records, change orders, and financial reports.
  • Innovative Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement improvements in project management processes and techniques, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Proven track record of successful project management, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on client service and operational excellence.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining productive relationships.
  • Technical proficiency in reading construction plans and understanding financial statements, with a willingness to adapt and learn as needed.

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; however, while a degree is impressive, we recognize that what’s on paper doesn’t define you. Many of us have honed our craft at work rather than school. We’ll consider both as a foundation of talent.
  • Experience in managing large-scale landscape or construction projects is essential.

As a Senior Project Manager at Clean Scapes, you will play a crucial role in shaping the landscapes of Texas's cities for decades to come. This position offers the opportunity to lead ambitious projects and develop a team of dedicated professionals. If you are driven by excellence and thrive in a collaborative setting, we invite you to apply and help us continue our legacy of outstanding landscape solutions.
