Job Description

As a Housekeeper at Drury Hotels, you will play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation by maintaining clean and welcoming hotel rooms. Responsibilities include vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, inspecting rooms for maintenance needs, assisting guests with linens, towels, amenities, and information, and ensuring a positive and clean environment for guests and team members. The role requires knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies, ability to work independently, and a positive attitude focused on excellent customer service. Physical requirements include the ability to walk and stand for entire shifts, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, bend, and lift 25-35 pounds intermittently. No previous cleaning experience is required, but a minimum of two years of high school education or equivalent is needed.
