As a General Manager of two or more stores, you and the team you lead will be the first face of the brand for growing families. What you’ll do:

• Build a talent pipeline through networking and recruiting; develop succession plans by training and developing your team.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment to increase employee engagement.
• Grow leaders through providing direction, delegation, and development.
• Create a genuine customer focus on the sales floor by leading and directing the Leader on Duty program in multiple locations.
• Welcome customers warmly and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Build customer loyalty through coaching teams on the benefits of our Loyalty programs, including credit.
• Execute the company’s merchandising and operational strategies; manage payroll and budgets.
• Understand and analyze KPIs to drive results.
• Lead and integrate an omni-channel experience, ensuring teams are trained on available tools.
• Reduce loss through consistent customer service, education, and operational controls.

Qualities we’d love in a candidate:

• A positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills, including managing multiple tasks.
• Proficient in computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation, etc.).
• Minimum of 5 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• High school diploma or GED.

You can:

• Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; climb ladders.
• Provide availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with at least two closing shifts per week.

Compensation ranges from $62,400.00 to $83,200.00 per year, based on experience and location.
