Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm and Friday - Sunday, 5:00am-3:00pm

In this Processing role with our Production Team, you will: - Prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
- Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
- Safely utilize a variety of utensils including knifes
- Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines
- Help keep the production facility clean and organized
- Follow all safety, GMP, and QSF policies/procedures
Necessary knowledge, skills, and experience: - Previous experience in kitchen, food prep, or food service related work preferred
- Knowledge of various food prep methods, proper knife handling, and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage preferred
- Able to stand and work for long periods of time (10 hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and lift at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stay organized and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
