5 years cash handling experience 5 years customer service experience 1 year managing food and labor costs/metrics Availability from 4AM to 10PM Active ServSafe Certification preferred At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license General Manager Responsibilities Develop a team delivering excellent guest experiences and top-line sales. Responsible for overall restaurant operations per Dunkin’ standards.
