About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Human Resources to lead and oversee a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compliance, and training/development. The successful candidate will be a key stakeholder in the organizational strategy, advising leadership on HR matters, driving initiatives for performance management, and ensuring compliance with state mandates. This role involves coaching supervisors and employees, maintaining a comprehensive employee relations strategy, and managing all HR investigations. The Executive Director will also be responsible for policy development, HRIS reporting compliance, and managing the recruitment process to fill faculty and staff roles. Applicants for the Executive Director of Human Resources position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant work experience in a broad scope of HR, a Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent, and at least 5 years' of supervisory experience.
