Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, sales-driven Loan Officer Assistant who can primarily generate and manage leads. In this role, you’ll play a key role in converting leads into closed loans by handling client communication, lead follow-up, and pipeline support. You'll work closely with borrowers, referral partners, and the Loan Officer to ensure a seamless, responsive, and relationship-based lending experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is familiar with social media, and is motivated by helping grow a business.
What You Will Do:
Respond quickly to new mortgage leads from initial inquiry to application and closing
Nurture warm leads via phone, text, and email to keep them engaged
Build relationships with real estate agents and referral partners
Place and manage social media advertisements
Follow up on documents and move files through the pipeline to closing
Track daily sales activity and help drive loan production
What We're Looking For:
A go-getter mindset—you enjoy working toward goals and hitting numbers
Sales or customer service experience (mortgage/real estate a plus)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable using CRM and making calls
Detail-oriented enough to assist with files, but not buried in paperwork
Employment Type:
Currently, this role requires someone to start part-time, which could lead to full-time hours/income.
