FGAI has an HVAC Director of Training and Development opportunity in the growing HVAC industry. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive HVAC training programs for technicians, sales professionals, and leadership teams. Training content will focus on Fujitsu AIRSTAGE and other branded products, their installation, service, and troubleshooting. The primary intent and focus of the training will be to support the sales and promotion of FGAI’s products through our distribution network and as directed.
