We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with proven experience in Google Ads (Display Network) to join our performance marketing team. This role requires strong media buying and targeting expertise, analytical thinking, and basic graphic design skills to create visually engaging ad creatives as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Display Ads campaigns across various geographies and audience segments.
· Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
· Develop basic banner ads and display creatives using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
· Monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies, placements, and targeting for optimal ROI.
· Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
· Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
Requirements:
· 4+ years of experience running Google Display Ads campaigns. (targeted ads)
· Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and advanced audience targeting.
· Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
· Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
· Gaming or Casino industry experience a plus.
