We're currently seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to join our growing team and help lead the successful execution of our latest projects.

Job Summary:

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and keeping the project on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day construction site operations from start to finish
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Monitor project timelines, budget, and quality control
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to project management
• Resolve on-site issues and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent or similar role in construction
• Proven track record with residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and construction software
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
