Job Description

Everton Homes, a luxury homebuilder based in Bellevue, is seeking a motivated and experienced Project manager to lead the construction of the single family homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and demonstrate the ability to successfully manage all aspects of the building process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential construction—from foundation through final finish.
• Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure work is completed on time and on budget.
• Interpret and work from blueprints and construction documents; coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers as needed to ensure accuracy and adherence to plans.
• Solicit bids, select subcontractors, and manage their scheduling.
• Coordinate material procurement and deliveries.
• Perform detailed quality control inspections at each phase of construction.
• Attend and support all jurisdictional inspections.
• Maintain daily on-site presence to monitor safety, quality, and overall progress.
• Be available during off-hours to address urgent issues or site-related questions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Superintendent on high-end single-family homes.
• Minimum 5–7 years in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of residential construction practices and general building codes.
• Experience in one or more construction trades is highly valued.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
