As a Revenue Recognition, Senior Manager, you will prepare and review complex customer contracts to determine the appropriate revenue recognition, focusing on multiple performance obligations, revenue allocations, and software licensing considerations. Additionally, you will coordinate technical accounting research in areas such as consolidation and lease accounting, support Sarbanes-Oxley activities related to key controls in the revenue recognition cycle, and assist with the quarterly and annual financial reporting process. The primary focus of this role is on revenue recognition for customer contracts. At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $90,746 - $200,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
