Client Overview: Our client, a consumer product goods company, is seeking a Brand Manager to join their team.

Requirements:

• Must have 2-5 years of experience in a brand management position
• Must have experience in consumer product goods
• Must have the ability to go into NYC office

Brand Manager Responsibilities:

• Leading and executing annual business plans to ensure efficient & effective use of resources
• Contributing to creating the brand vision & strategy
• Managing key agency relationships and integrated marketing plans strategy and execution for assigned brands, including media planning, PR, Influencer & Social
• Assisting the Director in driving the assigned businesses to meet revenue & profit targets
• Working closely with the cross-functional team to commercialize new products
• Partnering with both headquarters & field sales force to develop and implement customer marketing programs
• Monitoring and analyzing business performance (sales and Circana), including developing and recommending action plans

Brand Manager Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of brand marketing experience, preferably within consumer packaged goods (CPG), food, beverage, or beauty
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting cross-functional projects and new product launches
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
• Experience working with external partners, including creative agencies, media agencies, and research firms
• Highly collaborative with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA a plus
