We are seeking a self-starter, talented, enthusiastic, and technically proficient Assistant Project Manager with demonstrated capabilities in building design and production. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, collaborative design environment and have experience working with a diverse portfolio of public and private building types, including:

• Governmental Buildings : Courthouses, athletic facilities, public safety, institutional, and emergency service facilities
• Multi-Family Housing : Market-rate and affordable housing
• Educational Facilities : K-12 and higher education academic and administrative buildings

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and production
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required)
• Strong background in architectural production, spatial/environmental design, and quality design sensibility
• Exceptional design and technical abilities
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (required) and Revit (preferred)
• Strong sketching and freehand drawing skills, with the ability to create quick sketches to convey and sell ideas effectively
• Excellent communication skills and ability to generate and deliver effective presentations

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Contribute to the design and production of various building types
• Assist in project management tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery
