Admissions Advisor | Nursing Programs

Nashville, TN | On-Site | Full-Time

Are you passionate about guiding students toward their future in healthcare? We’re looking for an Admissions Advisor to join our team at the new Nashville campus focused on Nursing programs. In this role, you’ll connect with prospective students, help them navigate the admissions process, and provide the information and support they need to take the next step in their education.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing personalized guidance throughout the admissions process
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings to engage and inform potential applicants
  • Lead one-on-one and group information sessions to discuss Nursing programs, admissions requirements, and career pathways
  • Interview prospective students to understand their goals, assess program fit, and help them make informed decisions
  • Support students in completing applications, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with the enrollment and financial aid teams to create a seamless student experience from inquiry to enrollment
  • Represent the institution at college fairs, community events, and recruitment activities
  • Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress in the admissions system
  • Stay informed on industry trends, program updates, and university policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in admissions, recruitment, or student advising
  • Previous experience in higher education admissions or a related field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you thrive on engaging with students and helping them succeed
  • A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and deadlines
  • Passion for healthcare education and a commitment to student success
